Mystic Woodcrafts LLC does not take returns or exchanges for online purchases, unless an order is damaged or incorrect. If an order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to info@mysticwoodcrafts.com and we will work to replace the damaged item(s). 

All deposits paid for custom items are non-refundable.

Items sold that have warranties will have warranty information provided to purchaser directly.
